Cupcake Bazaar

I have just ordered some cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday who is away at university and I wanted something nice as we can’t be with her to celebrate. I contacted Cupcake Bazaar last week and have been so impressed with the very efficient service, I had to write this review. Firstly I had contacted a few bakeries/patisseries to make an order and found that most of them wouldn’t or couldn’t deliver in the area I required. One of them didn’t even reply until two days later! But I had a very nice email from Louise at Cupcake Bazaar who explained delivery was no problem at all. I had lots of questions to ask as I had not used the business before and I could not have been more happier! Louise was so helpful and the cakes have arrived today exactly as ordered at midday. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this lovely business and will certainly use again! Thank you once again Louise!

I was a terrible person and hadn't organised anything for a dear friend's birthday. Luckily, as I am in New Zealand, timezones meant that I still had a day to get something sorted! I sent a quick email to see if Louise could help, and she replied straight away (at 4am her time!) She made a batch of beautiful cupcakes for my friend's birthday and personally delivered them to the university hall where she lives by that afternoon. Louise understood the sensitive timing of the whole thing, and took care of every detail for me. Thanks so much Louise - you're a lifesaver. Your cupcakes looked amazing, and I am assured they tasted phenomenal too! My friend thought they were incredible - she ate all six herself! Your friendly and quick service is impeccable and you even put up with my silly and slightly embarrassing name for her. :) I have absolutely no qualms recommending Louise and Cupcake Bazaar to everyone and anyone. :)
